    Good morning,
    
    I contacted you via email at the support address asking you to remove my account as I closed the website. Nobody answered me and in addition to not verifying my account, my recursive order and my data, you charged me for the annual license renewal, which I asked you to delete.
    
    I therefore request immediate refund. I apologize if I wrote here but no one replies to the email address.
