    Hi,

    You can change it in langauge file.
    ../wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/languages/js-support-ticket-en_US.po

    msgid “Oooops”
    msgstr “Sorry”

    You need to generate .mo file and upload in
    ../wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/languages/
