Rename "Read more" button?

    Hello all!
    I’m using Polylang plugin on my new web site ( >>LINK<< ) with 2 langauges.. English and native – Croatian..
    When english langauage is selceted, everything is OK, but when I switch to Croatian(Hrvatski) language, I have problem translating “Read More” button on main page! I have option to translate every post, page and widget, but I don’t have any option to translate that “Read More” button to “Saznaj više” on Croatian language.. Is there any way to manage that translation using Polylang plugin?
