Hi,

I have run into an issue where images that the plugin renames only display the thumbnail but return a “Page Not Found error”. For example http://www.turnkeykb.org/blog/2017/03/17/norfolk-city-strategic-planning-workshop/

The fourth thumbnail has the issue. When clicked it returns the error, but the image being called clearly exists when you enter a direct link in the browser: http://www.turnkeykb.org/blog/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/GooglePickerAPI_IMG_0827-e1492904025825-1024×1024.jpg

All of the instances where the file is renamed in that manner have the issue.

Please advise.

Hello @2colordesign I suspect the original image is broken. Please note that the fact that the image is appearing in Google Drive doesn’t mean that the image is not broken, some bytes could be corrupted and that’s what is preventing it to display correctly on your website.

One thing I would do to verify this is to download that image from your Google Drive to your computer and try upload it to your Media library. See if you get the same result.

I checked other images too and it looks like all the other images properly displayed.

Hi,

I did as you suggested and downloaded the image and uploaded it via the media library, this is the attachment page:

It’s working without issue. Any other ideas?

@2colordesign could you please try delete the file from the Media library and import from Google Drive one more time ?
