I tried both my visa and Mastercard several times with same result. I belive it is in your best interest that the payment portal is working
If you try in “sandbox” mode (test), you cannot use your real cards.
I have just tested again and it works.
What do you mean, that I cannot use my real cards, is the payment portal for the Premium edition not working?
ok, I understand, in Sandbox mode I cannot. But what does it help that it works in test mode, if it does not in reality?, all I can say is that my two cards are not working, and I am filling out the form correctly
I have tested it on two browsers, by setting in the test card 4242 4242 4242 4242 Visa, followed by 07/18, and CVV 455, but same error message
“The transaction was not completed, and your card was not charged.”
Please supply me with the fictive card number, exp date and CVV, which are working for you
Unfortunately, I am still not able to pay for the Premium version. I have tried three different cards plus sandbox on two different platforms. Same error message, which I can’t see explained at PlayPlug.

The Premium version also offer PayPal aye the solution, what about your company, why can’t I pay with PayPal?
