I’m unable to reproduce this in FF v64.0 or Chrome v74.0.3729.169. Can you please provide some specific browser names & version numbers where you observe this message? Also the info from the Support Info tab of the plugin. I’m assuming you see the message in the developer tools console in those browsers?
Hi Justin,
Thanks for your reply, much appreciated.
Yes, that message is in Chrome’s developer console. I’ve tested in both Chrome (same version as you) and Microsoft Edge. Here’s the support info from both browsers:
(Edge)
Wordpress Version: 5.2.1
Plugin Version: 2.7.1
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Edge/18.17763
Theme: Twenty Nineteen
Server: Apache
Active Plugins: 1 (Facebook Photo Fetcher 2.7.1; )
(Chrome)
Wordpress Version: 5.2.1
Plugin Version: 2.7.1
Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/74.0.3729.169 Safari/537.36

I set up a complete fresh test install, no other plugins, no themes etc, and it still doesn’t work. Here’s a couple of screenshots of what I’m seeing:

Thanks – I managed to reproduce it. Looks like it’s a server-side setting, which prevents browsers from loading content in an i-frame on another domain – which is how the login process works.
I guess I’ll have to come up with a different authorization method.

Version 2.8 should be up shortly. It uses a different method to authorize that should fix the issue. Let me know how it goes!
Hi Justin,
Many thanks for responding and fixing this issue so quickly, it’s much appreciated. I’m just waiting for my client to fully test it and will confirm here once I know it’s all working again.
I’ll sling a few bucks your way 🙂
Cheers,
Jacob
