renew failed with Parse error reading JWS – version Version 5.4.6

    renew by choosing free plan is failing.

    ERROR: CREATE_CLIENT:WPLEClient\Exceptions\LEConnectorException: Invalid response: 400 (Parse error reading JWS. Please try using RESET option once. If you notice same issue again, please try after 2-3 hours.) in /……../https/wp-content/plugins/wp-letsencrypt-ssl/lib/Exceptions/LEConnectorException.php:80
    Stack trace:….

    interestingly on the samme server the renew with version 5.4.4 was successful!

    after RESET failed again.

    hi folks,
    tried another website same server with 5.4.4.. and it worked… a bug in the new version?

    Hi,

    The issue definitely don’t seems to be with the plugin version. If v5.4.4 can work for other website on same server, then you can try the same v5.4.4 for this site as well.. If both new version & 5.4.4 throw same error for this site, then the issue might be related to wrong directory permissions or your hosting plan of this site might be incompatible with our plugin.
