    Hello,

    as I had to renew my support fee, I gave a try to the Security plugin, but my site has been blocked after plugin was installed.
    I had to restore a recent backup in order to have my site working again.

    Now I just gonna keep my anti-spam without using Security plugin.

    What I don’t understand is that you send me email telling I have to renew to keep my protection active.

    My payment and my request for help are both dated 22 april 2017.

    What should I do to prove I’ve paid ?

    I’ve found your CleanTalk profile by your website and I can say that everything is fine with your Anti-Spam Licence.

    However your Security Licence is expired now. That’s why you received our automated message.

    If you don’t plan to use Security Plugin, please, delete your website in your Security Dashboard. You can switch between Dashboards anytime, just click the menu “Services”:
