Renewal payments not displaying/happening

    We’ve been testing this plugin for a week now. It looks great, has lots of features, and everything seems to be working except the renewal payments. We have the members with auto-renewal = NO correctly marked as expired:

    But there are no payments for the other members:

    There are no payments on PayPal either.

    I am assuming CRON is running because the members were correctly marked, but how can we process renewal payments? Are we missing something?

    Hi all,

    So, in the end, it turned out to be a cron problem. Our webmaster detected something wrong and fixed the cron table, now the payments are updated correctly on the plugin. Unfortunately, PayPal has this message: Sandbox environment is experiencing disruptions. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working on a fix., which means I can’t see any new payment at the sandbox right now, but since the communication with PayPal never failed before I don’t have a reason to assume there is one now.

    Good job on the plugin development and I hope we will start using it, if our board approves it.
