    Hi Guys,

    my customer has a issue where their members are receiving renewal reminders when they are upto date and not due for renewal, I don’t know how to solve this so hoping you can advise?

    NOTES

    We’ve had emails from three individuals saying they have been notified that their membership has expired and they need to renew, however the back end of the website is all up to date and they are showing as full members with valid memberships.

    I understand they’re not alone and quite a few people have been receiving the renewal emails despite having valid memberships. I was wondering whether it was a slight bug of the website or something to do with how I’ve renewed their memberships?

    It seems that you are using the premium version as reminder emails are not supported in the ARMember Lite, so we are sorry that we will not be able to assist you here for the premium version due to forum limitations therefore open a support ticket with the team and they will assist you further.

    Hi thanks for your reply, where can i send a support ticket to on this issue as my premium support with AR members has expired?
