Renewals not working

    Hi!

    I tried with a free and paid version of the plugin but renewal email not sended even a renewal order is not created. I don’t want to use paypal standard, I want only notice the user that he/she need to renew it manually and create a new order yo pay the renew. In the plugin docs says the next:

    Manual payment for non-supported gateways

    For all other payment gateways you can refer to this page and let your users pay for renewal orders manually.

    One day before the renewal date, a new order will be generated automatically. This order will be visible for the users in ‘My account > My Subscriptions‘.

    Customers can just click on the ‘Pay’ button that will redirect them to checkout page and complete the payment with any gateway.

    I wanted to use with a SERVIRED or COD payment methods but I could not. I don’t understand why you say that it is possible and then nothing work as expected…

    Hello @musinho,

    the free version of the plugin works only with PayPal Standard and nothing else.

    Since you say you are also trying the premium version, you should open a ticket at https://yithemes.com. We cannot support the commercial version here because it could be misleading for other users.
