I only “buy” plugin licenses. Not rent them. ($4.95/month minimum). And the free version only allows 1000 contacts. Useless, eventually, unless you start “renting”. Yes, yes, I know “many” plugins do this, but also, many do not. My business always goes to the latter. I’ll be staying with Woo’s “Followup Emails” which I have a lifetime license for.

“Woocommerce Followup Emails” is not a “free solution”. It’s a one-off payment for a lifetime license. Your “free solution” quip is obviously a puerile, childish attempt at being “snarky”. And the fact that you seem to have no idea about such a well-known plugin that’s closely related to yours, is jaw-dropping. Those two facts alone are enough to turn me off your product for life.

It’s a lifetime “licence”. It’s the “support” that costs $99 per year. Which is the case of many plugins and themes. e.g My Flatsome theme has a lifetime license but support only lasts the first 6 months, after that you pay for it … if you need it. I don’t.
