Reorder ALL wordpress posts/pages

My WordPress site has post types ‘Page’, ‘Post’ and ‘Project’. There are many plugins available to re-order the order these are displayed in, but from what I can see these only apply to one post-type at a time. What I am trying to achieve is to create one ‘master list’ of all the post types, which can then be re-ordered, creating a master list of all site content, re-ordered by the user.

Does anybody know of a solution to this, preferably not a plugin, but I am open to any ideas. I’m presuming at the moment that this is indeed only possible on a post-type by post-type basis, so my option will be limited to condensing all site content into one post-type?

If anybody has some insight here it would be greatly appreciated.
