- Navigate to the Connections : Templates admin page and click the Customize Button for the Default template.
- The page will reload displaying the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.
Click the Back Arrow in the upper left of the Customizer.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Click an entry name in the Preview. It does not matter which entry. The Preview should refresh displaying the single entry view.
- Enter the following for the Address Format:
-
%label% %line1% %line2% %line3% %city% %state% %zipcode% %country% %district% %county%
- Publish the changes.
- Exit the Customizer.
Hope this helps! Let me know.

That did the trick. I just wasn’t finding it intuitive enough to figure it out. Thanks!

Do you have feedback on how I could make this more discoverable?
I do have instructions right above the directory explaining to customize the profile display, that an entry must be clicked. Perhaps the instructions are not clear? Any feedback you can provide is very helpful, thanks!

Once you explained it, it became painfully obvious and I wondered by I didn’t figure it out earlier.
I was able to customize a different page, but it didn’t seemed clear to click on any links within the customization to change different pages.
However, I’m not sure how to do it differently that would be more obvious. I’m going to claim that it was more user error than anything.
