reordering or sorting not working

    Hi there, the shortcode for the woocommerce products arranging in in ascending order is not working.
    Can you check this is correct, if yes then why it’s not working? Hope to have advise.
    [wp_sitemap_page only=”product” sort=”post_name” order=”ASC”]

    and also for my custom post types i.e. stores the Ascending order is not working either.
    [wp_sitemap_page only=”wpsl_stores” sort=”post_name” order=”ASC”]

    FYI the theme is divi.
