    Hey again

I placed a request about 3 months ago “/topic/log-in-reloads-have-to-login-twice/” You recommended excluding the login page from being cached. Which I did and it worked fine until recently I have had reports of the user having to submit the login form twice. This apparently only happens in Chrome.

Do you have any other suggestions? I can provide you with temp login if needed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @ernieh,

I have tested this on a local instance and unfortunately I was not able to replicate this issue.

I would like to ask you for the following:
    1. Could you send me a screenshot of the Plugins page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that our plugin as well as its version is visible.

Note: You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    2. Could you please send the PB settings? Please install the “Import and Export Settings Add-on” from Profile Builder –> Add-ons. Then export your Profile Builder settings and send the file. If I’m able to replicate it locally we should be able to find a solution for it.

Note: Please send the file you exported to our email address: [email protected]

    Hello @ernieh,

I have imported the settings you have provided and started testing on a local instance. I was not able to replicate the issue.

Usually, when an issue is only showing up for some users but not for others, it’s most likely a caching issue. You mentioned excluding pages with PMS shortcodes from the cache and that helped with your previous issue.

As your next steps, in case you have caching that is provided directly by your hosting provider you could contact them and ask them to exclude our pages from their cache as well.

Furthermore, you can contact any clients that report this issue on their end and ask them to perform a hard refresh (CTRL+F5 on windows).
