We’re still looking for a response to this support request.
Our clients have been using the All-in-One Event Calendar for many years without any problems, and their visitors invariably give very positive feedback to it.
We’re not sure when The problem first started, but it is currently affecting all our clients who published monthly recurring events.
When the “select recurrence pattern” popup appears, and if “monthly is selected and also “day of the week”, the options available are 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and last.
i.e. there is no option to select the first Friday (or any other first day) of each month, but there is an option to select the sixth Friday of the month, which obviously never occurs.
Assistance in resolving the problem would be appreciated.

The option to select the repeat recurrence pattern in our plugin calendar is via a graphic popup. See screenshot:

If you are using our hosted calendar the options are different.

We’re seeing the same popup.
Its in the monthly selection (i.e. one repeat per month on a day of the week) that is where the problem arises.

I have been reluctant to post in the Timely support as well as this support as I thought it was best not to have two identical threads running at the same time.
If you compare your screenshot with the screenshot of what is appearing on my clients’ websites you will see the problem we have:
