repeater fields in email

any idea why using the tab repeater in the email , I dont get the fields ? the email has this in it
{“count”:1,”fields”:[“yoursample”,”yourLot”,”yourexpired”,”yourtest”,”checkbox-693[]”],”id”:[1631]}
