Repeater not accepting minimum & maximum values, Remove button not working

The plugin is allowing me to add a field group, but not remove any of them. I’m setting a minimum and start value of 1 and a maximum of 3 (total field groups should number 4), but I can’t remove any of the added groups with the – button. Running the latest WordPress and using a default WP theme as well.
