Repeating 404 not found errors

I installed your plugin on my website 2 weeks ago and just after your plugin installation I noticed repeating problems with random pages returning 404 not found error. When I go to setting -> permalinks and reset settings then evething works fine but after 1-2 days the problem repeats. When I disable your plugin then problem 404 not found errors disappear. I had other client’s site a year ago and the problem was exactly the same. It happens to all themes. It looks like your plugin does some cron jobs causing some mess with permalinks.
