Repeating Error Filling Server Logs

This error repeats until the logs fill the server’s disk space. No idea what to do about it. Any help, deeply appreciated.

Yoast SEO installed on WPMS – 40 sites, none get much traffic. The URL listed below is one of many that fill the error logs. I’ve disabled WordPress SEO plugin sitewide – error still happens. I’ve deactivated other sites that were filling the logs faster – error moves to other sites/domains.

I’ve been a Yoast SEO user for more than 10 years and have installed in hundreds of websites. First time problem. Help me resolve this, please.
