Repeating field groups

    Hi,

    I’m using Participants Database to enter students info and the courses that they have taken. This information is displayed to WP users who have the status of co-ordinator and are from the same organisation. The problem I have is that I need to be able to add information about multiple courses to the participant record. Is this possible?

    It’s not possible with the plugin currently. I do have a solution for this in development, but it will be a while before it’s ready for release.

    Blast. Thanks for getting back to me. If you’d like an alpha/beta tester I’d be more than happy to try out any prereleases. Apart from the above issue Participants Database appears to be the perfect solution to what I’m looking for. Regards – Nick

    Hi Xnau,
    Do you have a time frame for development, I’d really like to stick with Participants Database, but if development of the feature is going to be months away then I’m probably going to have to seek another solution.

    Hi Nick,

    I don’t have a development timeline for this particular plugin, I’m sorry.

    My suggestion is to look into what possible using WordPress custom post types and the excellent Advanced Custom Fields Pro plugin. This is my go-to combo for applications like you describe.
