    Hi,

I’d like to be able to repetitively cause the pop up to appear on the front end of a site, for testing purposes.

I have tried the various display frequency settings but they all seem to relate to ‘Unique Users’ which I suppose is based on IP. I need to have it display to me, on the same IP, so that I confirm it is loading and functioning as intended. Naturally this frequency would be adjusted once testing is complete, but right now, the real world, front end testing can’t be done.

Is there a setting I’m missing that would enable this sort of testing?

By the way, I’m aware of the test link within the Poptin account, but I need testing on the actual site.

    Thank you

    hi @un_rick 🙂

sure, go to the display rules, turn Display frequency on and choose:
    Everyone
    All pages all the time
Once you did it, either do you testing in incognito mode, or purge your current website’s cookies (for Chrome F12 -> Application -> Cookies -> Right click on your website and click on “Clear”)

    Hi Gal,

I have done everything you suggest and also cleared and regenerated the website cache.

I am still not seeing the pop up.

It did appear a single time after installation, but it disappeared while I was on another tab (I didn’t click close or outer screen). I haven’t been able to make it reappear.

I have “Countries” set to Canada, US, and Mexico; maybe there’s a bug in that function?

I like this plugin’s flexible and fast design process, but if I can’t get it to work soon I’ll need to go with an alternate option. I can’t spend too much more time on it.

Please let me know if there is anything else that can be done.

    Thank you.

@un_rick can you please send me the email address you’ve signed up with so I can test your settings?
