    Hi,

    We are a soccer club and have a DL sized flyer that we are using in a local marketing drive. Instead of putting all the information on the flyer, we have decided to use a QR code to allow parents to simply scan the code to open a PDF, which is stored on our website.

    As we are a not-for-profit, we need to minimise our annual spend so want to try and use the same flyer for another season, like 2025, 2026 and so on.

    Trying to recycle the flyers is causing me concern as the QR code is currently pointing to a specific file on our website; https://www.conistonfc.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Coniston-FC-Information-Pack.pdf

    When we update the PDF for the next season, I am concerned that the QR code link will no longer function as it will update the web link after we have uploaded the new document.

    I think I can update the uploaded file by using the ‘Replace’ button on the ‘Attachment Details’ section, but need confirmation.

    Can you please confirm if the ‘Replace’ button will this keep the website link to the PDF the same?
