Yes, you can,
Select any design from General or square effects. add multiple image hover with a feature image. Make sure you add a feature image which with shows while hoverd. https://prnt.sc/1wt2s6w . Normally the main image will show, once you click into feature image, the feature tab will show and able to add or modify image.
once all images are added kindly change background color alpha from background color. In this case, I set rgba(0, 196, 147, 0.00). The last 0.00 means the background color can’t visible. https://prnt.sc/1wt32u4
If you save without any text so heading or content can’t visible as my conditions.

You need to add some HTML code to do this job. Add some HTML at heading title like

Add image link inside src “” also change the text as like.
