Replace Storefront Search

Is there updated code to make the Storefront default search box in the header use the Ajax search instead?

I saw you found a solution a year ago: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/how-to-use-plugin-for-default-search-box/

But the solution is not currently working for me.

I’ve tried a few different things according to the discussion on this topic and still have not found a solution.

Any updates here? Or am I just doing it wrong?
