replace text in post-template file

    Hi,
    I want to change the output text on password protected pages. I think I need to change the text in the wp-includes file post-template.php. I want it to go from ‘This content is password protected. <br />To view it please enter your password below:’ to ‘To book a collection contact our team or log on here to book online’
    I know I can’t (shouldn’t) edit the core file but I don’t know how to effect this change in my child theme.
    Any help?
