Replace the default hover icon

    Loving the new hover animations, but I’d like to swap out the default zoom or social panel icon that appears when hovering thumbnails. Is there a setting to upload a custom SVG or icon image? Or should I use custom CSS?

    Hi! So glad to hear you’re enjoying the new hover animations – thanks for the kind words!

    At the moment, the current version of the gallery doesn’t support replacing the default hover icons (like zoom or social icons) through the settings interface. Uploading custom SVGs or icon images isn’t available just yet.

    That said, we’re already working on this feature for a future update, which will include options to:

    – Choose from a set of built-in icons

    – Upload your own SVGs or images

    – And even assign different icons to different hover actions

    We’ll keep you posted when the icon customization feature goes live.
