    Hi Joe,

    Our developers finally got a chance to review this, and turns out that this is not a bug, but the WordPress way of adding files. You can quickly check it by uploading a file to your Media Library with spaces, and you will see that they are replaced with dashes.

    There should never be spaces in a filename, and if you have a file containing spaces, it most likely means that it was not added through the Media Library (the correct way). Spaces can cause issues within WordPress and other plugins, so it’s not recommended either.
