    Hi, can I use this plugin to replace the themes default registration form?
    Can it be set up so corresponding fields in the back end be populated with information entered on registration?

    You can use the form’s shortcode in the page where you would like to have the registration form and disable the theme’s registration if possible. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
