Replace wp-cron with cron job

    Hello guys,

    In my config.php I have the following line added:

    define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);

    I have been informed that it is more recommended and safe to replace wp-cron with cron job. This is real? Does the WP-Control plugin do this replacement?
