Not the subject but the content. The email sent to me when the form is filled our comes through as

    Name – John Smith
    Event Date – 15/05/2015
    Fiancee’s Name – Sara Smith
    Event Location – The Moon
    Phone – (555) 555-5555
Best time to call? – 8PM
    Email – [email protected]
How did you find Bryan? * – Google
    Event Type – Wedding
Please contact me via – Email
    Comments – xxxxxxxx

but needs to be “:” instead of “-” to interface with my external leads management program. Like this.

    Name: John Smith
    Event Date: 15/05/2015
    Fiancee’s Name: Sara Smith
    Event Location: The Moon
    Phone: (555) 555-5555
    Best time to call?: 8PM
    Email: [email protected]
How did you find Bryan? *: Google
    Event Type: Wedding
    Please contact me via: Email
    Comments: xxxxxxxx

I see. You can easily change that by going to the specific form in the backend -> Email & Actions -> the admin action then in the Email Message box, you can just change that part from this:

    Email - [ninja_forms_field id=3]

    to

    Email: [ninja_forms_field id=3]

Of course, make sure the field id is correct. 🙂
