Replacing/changing copyright line

I appreciate that you want to have a copyright notice for the theme, but since I am using a child theme, I’d like to have a bit more control over this. Also, you don’t have copyright on my content.

Could you make it a bit easier to change the copyright notice on the footer, or instruct me on how to do same?
