Replies do NOT record as comments

    There seems to be an issue on saving replies as comments.

    The email account is a Gmail one
    It makes NO difference whether these are our replies or replies sent to us.
    They all, always get posted as new private posts (which is our settings for new emails) although according to our settings, they should be treated as comments.

    Here is a screenshot of our settings and these are the debugging results after fetching both an email and a reply to it.

    Has anyone else reported this issue?

    Postie is not detecting the emails as replies

    GetParentPostForReply: Looking for parent 'Second email'
GetParentPostForReply: No parent found

    Posite tries to find a pre-existing post with the same title (less the “re:”). If it can’t find one, then it treats it as a new post.
