Replies doesn’t contain all fields

Purchased the pro form of the plugin. Created a form with multiple pages. Required all fields to be filled in. Just before launching this complex form on the website, the dude in charge wanted to switch things up. So that the original information asked for on page 8 became page 3, etc. Well this seemed to undo the reporting. Now, people have entered their information, we have the results back, when I load the form, the data isn’t there! On the individual level, when I “view” the data (which is most important) disappears. What to do? Is it stored some place? Looks like a database error of some type. Please help us resolve this issue.
