[reply-title] does not work

Hey Andreas,

Thanks for your plugin.
I m having a problem with the tag “[reply-title]” in reply notification.
The tag is interpreted as “Answer to topic-name” in the email i receive.
My conf looks of :

New answer from [reply-author] on [reply-title]
To read it, please follow the link : [reply-url]

Which renders

New answer from John on Answer to: my test subject
To read it, please follow the link : …

Any idea of what s going wrong? Problem with the last release?
