Reply to ad by e-mail does not work

Dear Pete:

First of all my deepest thanks for all your great job for this plugin.
My trouble is, that when I try to reply (in this case to my own ad), the reply does not get to my hotmail inbox.

Is it because I use a hotmail account? I´m concerned about this, so many users use this kind of account.
