    Hello
I’m developing a custom form and have a requirement for a ‘reply-to’ header. The issue is that the Post SMPT plugin seems to be stripping the headers from the emails so they do not appear in the emails received.

I also use ‘Custom Form 7′ and the reply to headers work OK with this so I know I should be able to get it to work with the custom form. Please can you advise me on how to do this?

Just started having this issue too myself. Mailgun API, NinjaForms and Forminiator.

Either the reply to will be stripped or it will break the email and name wrong.
If the name and email were Jon Doe [email protected] then it would send ‘test@’ for the reply to and ‘testing.com Jon Doe’ as the name

I learned through Ninja Forms that if you’re receiving your mail through Office 365 that sometimes it will screw up the header. I can see in the logs that the email header is being sent correctly but when Office 365 interprets it they do it wrong.

Perhaps the issue they face is also related to yours? I know you aren’t using NF but still could be a chance that it is the same issue on two different platforms. They didn’t give me much detail as to the whys and hows but if you’re receiving on Office 365 maybe try another email client.
