reply-to incorrect encoding bug

    When adding reply-to additional header with non-english chars in name, the field name and address are encoded to UTF-8 together.
    Example template:
    Reply-To: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Result header:
    Reply-To: =?UTF-8?B?0JTQvNC40YLRgNC40LkgPGRpbWFnc3ZAZ21haWwuY29tPg==?=
