It is likely that you are not either a committer or a plugin support rep and following those links it seems not. You should get blackandwhitessupport to add you as a support rep.
By the way there are no support tickets on the forums, just topics.

But you are not allowed to have two active accounts – which you have just said you have.
It is most likely that this has been spotted and one has been set to ‘spectator only – brand account’

I do, you had multiple accounts and posted from both. For others stumbling on this, the guidelines are fairly clear – you can only have one account to post from.
Do not create multiple accounts
Individuals are limited to a single personal account.
A company may register a brand account with a verifiable company email.
We do not allow individual users to make multiple accounts, and consider this a bannable offens
