Replying to ticket

Hello, I’m using your WP Support Ticket plugin and i have problem. When testing this plugin, i created a ticket with account with classic permissions. Everything was succesful, i can edit it from admin panel (from my admin acc). But if creator from ticket want to display it (from page with [ticket]) he can’t. He is getting emails on response but he cant respond 🙁 am I idiot or is somewhere error? Sorry for my english, im czech and have a nice day -Jiří Zikmund
