Go to Google Webmaster Tools and look for Crawl > URL parameters. Then edit it to exclude replytocom URLs from crawling.
You may also use the exclusion feature in Yoast SEO plugin to exclude such links being crawled and indexed. Also look for more info on it here:

What should the exact setting of the URL parameters be in GWT?
I am using the All In One SEO plugin. It doesn’t seem to have that feature like in the Yoast SEO plugin. What can I do instead?
Is it possible to switch over to the Yoast plugin without destroying existing data and indexed page info? If yes, how do I make the switch safely?
You may go to GWT > Site Dashboard > Crawl > URL Parameters and click on Edit to make changes (exclude) to the links indexed as replytocom.
As regards switching SEO plugins, generally the settings are stored in the database and you can always switch back if you find problems. As regards Google-indexed pages, they may not change immediately, but depending on the changes you make, the changes may take place with the next crawling and indexing depending on how fast your site is crawled and indexed by Google. Anyway, take note of these:
-Backup your site with your current settings so that you can always revert if anything goes wrong
-You may go to the support section of Yoast plugin and also their site for further info on the topic.

Thanks for the info. However, there is no “exclude” option in the edit URL parameter settings only the options
Let Googlebot decide
Every URL
Only URLs with value
No URLs
What do you find when clicking the Edit button at URL Parameters?
Do you find a question like this: Does this parameter change page content seen by the user?

Yes. There are two options
1. No: Doesn’t affect page content
2. Yes: Changes , reorders,or narrows page content
with these options under 2.
Let Googlebot decide
Every URL
Only URLs with value
No URLs
(the last two options of the four prevent the Google bot from crawling the URLs in question, which would also prevent Google from deindexing the urls)
