    Hey all,

    Google Webmaster Tools shows that I have duplicate content in my wordpress blog because of ?replytocom urls. I have restricted ?replytocom and also set Google’s parameters to ignore ? and also replytocom.

    I have done this 6 weeks ago!!! And google is still showing these duplicate contents, see the screenshot attached:

    My website url is: get into medical school!

    Thanks so much.

  • Hey valkener,
    I think this is happened cause wordpress writing the wrong meta robot tag as seen on my wordpress blog (only shown at replytocom pages).
    <meta name=’robots’ content=’noindex,nofollow’ />
    That code shown automatically on the replytocom pages. Please check view page source of that pages (not page info while you’re using firefox).

    It’s should be something like this (see GWT guidelines)
    <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex,nofollow” /> (see the different at the quotation marks).

    Sorry if it’s a mistake cause I’m not an expert about this
