I’ve happily used SLIM SEO for years. Recently some of its functionality has changed, and i suspect this is because of tweaks elsewhere on my site. EG: previously, this

https://www.james-baker.com/news/on-drawing/?replytocom=30697

would have been auto redirect to the canonical URL. But that is currently not working.
I use wordfence and wp-optimise. Are you aware of any settings of those plugins that might mess with SLIM SEO? Or have I changed something in .htaccess that broke something?

Hi @jamiebaker ,

We don’t automatically redirect when there is a parameter “replytocom”. It’s probably done by another plugin or snippet. Learn more about our auto redirection.

FYI: in our opinion, this parameter is needed and the URL should not be redirected, since it’s the reply to a comment URL.

based on that page I though SLIM SEO hadbeenhandling that fix.
