Repointing Links

About a year or two ago I moved my site from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn. All was fine until a few months ago I revamped my site by building it on a local site and then migrating it back to my live ww.wp.xz.cn. Since doing that a lot of my images in older posts aren’t show up.

After doing some digging it’s because the link to the image in the post doesn’t match the link to the photo in the media library. See example below.

Image in the media library points to: http://whatsonmyplate.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/caplanskys.jpg

Is there an easy for me to go through and and change the links in my posts? How can I fix this??
