Report a bug with JQuery/JS

Hey folks,

I was getting this in a area that was suppose to be showing support tickets in my WP install to logged in users see https://www.screencast.com/t/5mULrIAohzM

Then…I did this and if fixed it:

Is there something you can do to update the plugin so it can work for all users (not just guests) and not have those JQuery/JS errors perhpas?
