• When the administrator account and email address are changed for a website and this new account is added as a recipient in broken link scanner, the scan reports are then sent to both the new email address and the old address. I have searched if the old address is still defined somewhere, but nothing has been found. How can I change this so that the report is no longer sent to the old administrator?

    Hi @eric136,

Trust you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.

I assume that you are using the Cloud version of Broken Link Checker. Can you please confirm if the previous Email ID was removed from the recipients list of the Notification email? Could you please share a screenshot of your current Email Notification recipients list so that we can check this issue further?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi @eric136

Thank you for sharing the screenshot, I can see you only have one recipient my suggestion is to remove the receipt and add it again if the issue persisted. Try removing the Broken link checker completely and reinstall it.

Please let us know how it works so we can investigate further.

    Kind Regards
    Amin

    Hi Amin,
I have removed the recipient and added the admin user again. Now only the new administrator receives the report by e-mail, problem solved! Apparently the old admin e-mail address remains in cache (or something) when you change the e-mail address of the admin.
    Thanks for the help
