Reported a issue and get not solution

I did reported an issue with the part of “facebook comments”, I told them to try to post a comment using a facebook profile and not the usual way (filling the name, mail and message)… they didn’t even understand or try to help. They posted a comment “test comment” filling the usual form and reply to me with a “Everything looks fine to me”… what the hell?, this is for real?… I want to try this service first before to pay for it and this is the sample of service they offert you. No thank you. I will not pay for a broken plugin that doesn’t even have a good support team. bye.
