Reporting -> Emails: Bounce Data Not Displaying

Hi Gravity Forms Support Team,
We’re currently reviewing the Reporting -> Emails section in our CRM Reporting dashboard. While we can see data populated under sections like Email Sent, Open Rate, and Click Thru Rate, the Bounces field is consistently showing no values, even though we expect that some messages should have bounced.
Could you please clarify if this is a known issue, or if there are specific settings or configurations required to enable bounce tracking and reporting? We’re looking to ensure that bounced emails are being tracked correctly for reporting accuracy.
