What is the issue you are having?
This only shows up with WP_DEBUG enabled. When I enable the theme and look at my home page, I see these messages above each of my posts:
“Notice: Undefined variable: id in xxxx/wp-content/themes/boardwalk/inc/extras.php on line 192

Disabling WP_DEBUG causes these messages to go away.
